Huber are a leading force in the UK when it comes to car park construction.

They have been the British Car Parking Awards Finalists on 3 occasions, in 2017,2019 and 2020.

This has been a major towards cementing themselves as a real name in this field.

For us to work along side them for this project was a pleasure.

One of the main issues we encountered was the bathroom layout. We realised that the room dimensions given to us with the finish floor measurements would not allow the needed wheelchair movement circle and thus would mean the disabled WC would not comply.

We managed to sort this by reducing the IPS panel projection from the wall and opening up one bathroom by 100mm. We designed this and submitted to the German based company to which they agreed.

Another detail again in the bathroom was the IPS system itself. We had to make  IPS system work to allow access to all fixtures and fittings behind the wall, whilst having the needed projections and distances needed to comply with the Doc M Pac standard.

Again through a little trial and error, we managed this and a successful project was completed with rave reviews and plaudits.

We had the pleasure of working for the NHS on Behalf of Huber Carpark Systems, on a recent car park installation for the Southampton General Hospital.

On this project we were awarded the whole interior package of the office fit out minus the M and E.

This consisted of an reception area including a bespoke desk, kitchenette, IT room, janitors room and 2 disabled W/Cs.
