Project Challenges
On this project, CDM Contractors were given the task of cleaning and decorating the front of Warner Goodman, at Coleman House in Portsmouth – a well known solicitors in Southsea – on behalf of a building surveying company, with whom have worked alongside CDM for many years.
Warner Goodman instructed CDM to carry out the works as a major facelift was needed to revamp the building and give the Warner Goodman building the platform and visual attractiveness that the name warrants..
Project Overview
On the rear elevation we had multiple rendering details to get over including a curved wall which we managed to complete and decorate to a high standard with minimal mess and without disrupting the works force of Warner Goodman.
Another issue was liaising constantly with the neighbours and satisfying their needs and concerns with the works happening in close proximity to their flats, courtesy and diligence played a massive role and overcame the most difficult of situations to make for a smooth and coherent project.
