We attended this property back in November where we found a previous contractor had performed a trace and access and the leak had been fixed.
We were then tasked to perform the remaining strip outs to the kitchen/dining room conservatory and w/c so the drying team could continue with their works.
Due to the amount of water content, the property took a few months to dry, In this time we liaised with the policy holder on her choice of materials and had everything ready to go once the button was pushed. I think from the photos and the below feedback that, despite the length of time before we could actually start works the finished article was worth it.
