This property was affected by a gradual leak from the en-suite shower.
We needed to firstly attend to perform a trace and access and expose the leak itself. This included removing water damaged items ready for drying.
Once the drying team had completed its works we had to reattend to perform the reinstatements. For this we had to reinstate the en-suite/kitchen along with the kitchen floor tiles. Redecorations to all affected and adjoined rooms followed. We had a few issues to overcome but we
